The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.

- Eleanor Roosevelt

Who am I and what drives me?

I am a mother of two growing daughters; a teenager and a young adult. I am also an entrepreneur with a big heart for young people, driven by personal experiences to contribute to their development and happiness. This is only possible if they are heard, seen and valued, at school and at home, each as he or she is. I want to help them in their search for themselves and their future possibilities, linked to a sustainable future.

Management and team coach, trainer/consultant who likes to stimulate creative thinking

I regularly coach people in companies who are not feeling well or who have suffered a burnout. They doubt whether their work suits them. I often hear them sigh "If only I had done better at school and made different choices". That concerns me greatly. I see that they have suffered unnecessary damage and are not happy. That is why I decided not only to help adults but also young people to make choices that suit them.

"Creativity is intelligence having fun" - That could be my motto. As a trainer/consultant I stimulate the creative thinking skills of managers and employees. Creative thinking is necessary to find new angles to difficult and complex issues in our world. It is one of the most important competencies of this century. It distinguishes humans from artificial intelligence (AI) and robots because they cannot do this. Young people can use their creative thinking skills to create (sustainable) future opportunities for themselves and for society. Creative thinking is also play and fun. I wish young people "Have fun in using your brain and creating your future!"
